Authentic Hatha Yoga

Suitable for people of all abilities and ages. Putting into pratice everything traditional Yoga, including the physical practices such as the Asana (poses), Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation. We will also touch upon the philosophy and background of Yoga, to give you a deeper understanding, connection and enjoyment from these practices.
This will be a fun, interesting and hugely beneficial program. You will further develop your understanding of Hatha Yoga and build a daily routine allowing you to feel physically stronger, more flexible, have greater mental clarity and be able to better cope with stress.
